1. The account was not opened using our referral link.
2. The first F&O trade has not been placed yet, so the referral is not active.
3. A typo in the mobile number or Client ID.

No. Access is free for users who open a Lemonn account through our referral link and complete verification. We receive a referral benefit from Lemonn — that is how the offer is funded, and it costs you nothing extra.

A single Futures or Options trade is what marks the referral as active on Lemonn's side. Until that happens, our records won't show your account and verification will fail. The trade size is your own decision — trade only what you are comfortable with.
